Rob,

Great point with the mp3 player. While working out I always listen to personal or professional development stuff, and also have a dictaphone with me.

When I hear something interesting on the mp3, I make a note of the timing within the programme on the dictaphone, and at home I can listen to it again and digest the information.

This way the whole workout session doubles up as a brainstorming session too. Very effective.

For health and fitness stuff, I can recommend Tom Venuto's materials. It's down to earth and brilliant. He's a natural bodybuilder and his materials dissect the methods natural bodybuilders and fitness models use to keep themselves in top shape.

Happy new year to you and lots of success with the upcoming Marketing Summit.
